Biography
Matthew James Duncan Matthew James Duncan practices exclusively consumer bankruptcy law in Augusta, Georgia. Mr. Duncan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Augusta Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
In 2009, Mr. Duncan was elected to serve as a district representative for the Southern District on the Executive Council of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia. He strongly believes that involvement in the community is very important.
